With over two decades of experience spanning technology, consulting, banking, real estate, retail, and the public sector, he has worked with startup founders, family businesses, Fortune 500 executives, and even U.S. Department of Defense leaders.
Currently, Esposito serves as President of ACME General Corp., a cutting-edge public sector innovation advisory firm, and as counsel with Spilman Thomas & Battle, a leading law firm. He also founded Initiative Labs LLC to help small and medium-sized businesses apply the principles of his book, The Structure of Success, to build stronger foundations and avoid common pitfalls.
As the co-founder and CEO of Augusta Systems, Inc., he led the company through three pivots, pioneering early Internet of Things (IoT) technology, earning an Inc. 500 ranking, and ultimately achieving a successful acquisition. He also co-founded Resilient Technologies LLC, which was acquired by a top vehicle products company and served as Chief Legal and Risk Officer for a high-growth public financial services firm.
