Booth Size: 10X12-comes with a table, tablecloth, two chairs and access to electricity

Electronic Book: Company information (Once you pay your fee you will be sent a form to fill out and you have 72 hours to fill out this form for our editor)

Marketing: Email marketing through Constant Contact, Ticketleap, LinkedIn investor groups, Angel Capital Association Chapters, Family Offices, Corporate VC’s, and Seed/Early Stage VC’s. etc. and we continue to market you for six months. We also run updates on your accomplishments in our newsletter.

Video Interviews: Interview each presenter to be posted on AVF web site (Done through Zoom once)

Public Relations: Sent to major media in states companies are located.

Speaking Opportunity: 10 minutes presentation and 5-minutes of Q&A

Food: Continental Breakfast and Deli Lunch

Clothing Attire: Business (No jeans or sneakers)
