Synergea: The Future of Software Development Is Global
The world’s best software teams aren’t confined to one location—they are built across the globe. In Synergea, outsourcing expert Andy Hilliard reveals a powerful strategy for assembling high-performance, globally distributed teams that foster innovation and resilience in today’s rapidly evolving market.
Outsourcing is no longer just about cutting costs. Businesses of all sizes are now forming strategic partnerships with top-tier nearshore and offshore talent to accelerate growth, access scarce expertise, and cultivate stronger, more diverse teams. As the CEO of Accelerance, Andy has spent decades matching companies with the top 1% of software development partners worldwide.
Inspired by the concept of synergy and the ancient supercontinent Pangea, Synergea offers valuable insights into finding the best global talent and seamlessly integrating them into your business. It explores how to build trust, respect, and psychological safety across cultures while turning diversity into a powerful competitive advantage. The book also provides a framework for aligning internal and external teams to drive efficiency, innovation, and long-term success.
For business leaders looking to break barriers, embrace global collaboration, and redefine their software development strategy, Synergea serves as an essential guide to thriving in the new era of outsourcing.
