The 16th Annual Angel Venture Fair Education Day takes place at Blank Rome, One Logan Square 130 North 18th Street Philadelphia, PA 19103, on Thursday, February 20 at 3:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. There will be three presentations.
Presentation One; Will feature investors talking about what they are investing in and what they look for in the entrepreneurs they invest.
PresentationTwo: Two companies will make presentations and will receive feedback on those presentations to give entrpreneurs applying for the Angel Venture Fair input on what investors are expecting.
Presentation Three: Experienced attorneys will talk about what deal terms and negotiating those terms.
There will be a reception following the presentations.
